1.Multilayer Stacking & Lamination

Layer Alignment: Enables stacking of 300–1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination.

Controlled Release Force: Ensures easy separation without residue, preserving the integrity of ultrathin ceramic layers.

2.Ceramic Layer Transfer in MLCC Production

Primary Role: Acts as a carrier substrate during the ceramic slurry casting process. The film holds the ceramic slurry in place while solvents evaporate, forming uniform ceramic green sheets.

Key Requirement: High smoothness (≤0.2μm defects) to ensure defect-free ceramic layers, critical for high-capacity MLCCs.
