1.Electrode Printing & Protection
Electrode Application: Provides a stable surface for inner electrode printing, preventing static interference that could disrupt circuit patterns.
Anti-Contamination: Silicone-free or low-migration silicone coatings avoid contamination of ceramic materials, ensuring electrical performance.
2.Multilayer Stacking & Lamination
Layer Alignment: Enables stacking of 300–1,000 ceramic layers by maintaining alignment and preventing adhesion between layers during lamination.
Controlled Release Force: Ensures easy separation without residue, preserving the integrity of ultrathin ceramic layers (as thin as 0.025mm).
