1.Automotive and Medical Displays
Applied to car dashboards, medical monitors, and wearable devices for glare reduction and scratch resistance. The polarized layer improves readability under bright light, while the silicone release film ensures clean removal during installation.
2.Electronics Manufacturing
Acts as a temporary protective layer for flexible circuits (FPC) and electronic components during assembly. Its anti-static properties (mentioned in PET films with silicone coatings) prevent dust adhesion and electrostatic damage to sensitive parts.
