1.OLED Panel Protection During Production
Acts as a protective layer for OLED screens during manufacturing, preventing scratches, dust adhesion, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) that could damage sensitive organic materials. The antistatic properties eliminate static buildup, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of OLED's thin-film transistors (TFTs).
Ensures clean peeling without leaving residues, crucial for maintaining the optical clarity of OLED displays.
2.Optical Component Handling
Used as a carrier film for precision die-cutting of OLED optical layers (e.g., polarizers, touch sensor films). Its anti-static properties prevent misalignment caused by dust or static during cutting and stacking .
Supports vacuum deposition processes by protecting metal electrodes (e.g., ITO layers) from contamination.
