1.OLED Panel Protection During Production
Acts as a protective layer for OLED screens during manufacturing, preventing scratches, dust adhesion, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) that could damage sensitive organic materials. The antistatic properties eliminate static buildup, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of OLED's thin-film transistors (TFTs).
Ensures clean peeling without leaving residues, crucial for maintaining the optical clarity of OLED displays.
2.High-Temperature Process Compatibility
Withstands temperatures up to 150°C, making it suitable for OLED encapsulation and lamination processes. The PET substrate provides thermal stability, while the antistatic coating remains effective under heat stress.
